28-day online meditation course

Looking to get back on track with your practice?

Waking Up With Mindfulness is a 28-day online course, offering high-quality bite-sized videos that take you step-by-step through establishing and deepening a meditation practice.

    Learn about:

  • Setting up your posture so that you’re stable and comfortable
  • Different aspects of focus to promote awareness and equanimity
  • How to keep on going at your own pace

This course was designed to build upon itself: while it starts with the foundational components of a mindfulness practice, each week has themes that build on the previous to allow for depth and nuance.

Each day’s video is about 20 minutes, and you’ll have 60 days of access to allow for a flexible pace.

My approach is detailed and yet lighthearted, so as to help you forge confidence, good habits, and commitment to the practice.

Love Day Sound Bath practice

Join us on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14, 3:00-4:00 pm CT) for a moment of cultivating love and compassion for ourselves and eachother with a sound bath and guided metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Whether we come to this practice alone or with others, let’s enjoy and celebrate our interdependence.

A sound bath is a meditation on sound: this simple but profound practice asks us to focus and truly listen. It can be done either seated or lying down, so get cozy and tune in!

A part of the proceeds from this class will be donated to A Dollar A Day Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting frontline mental health and addictions programs across Canada. Thank you for your support.

With our livestream offerings, please note the following:

  • This class will be live on YouTube (with 24-hour replay)
  • This class is offered on a sliding scale basis
  • One hour before the scheduled class, you will be emailed a link to access the class
  • Registration closes 75 minutes prior to the start of a class.

New online course!

We are proud to launch our first co-taught online course, A Bridge Between: Sound as an Object of Meditation.

David and I have been working on carefully creating this seven-part course over the past year, and it is finally ready to be out in the world.

Using sound as an object of focus, this 40-day course (with 60 days access from date of purchase) offers a structured foundation for cultivating a home-based meditation practice. The heart and soul of it are the guided audio meditations, where our voices guide you in practice along to carefully curated sound recordings that David has recorded from various places in the world over his years of travel.

Waking Up With Mindfulness – a 28-day immersion!

January is a dark month on a normal year, and these days it is doubly so. Taking care of oneself throughout it all is so important, and we are excited to release a 28-day online immersion called Waking Up With Mindfulness to help support you in that endeavour within your own life.

This is a complimentary offering that is freely accessible to everyone – made possible with financial support from the Government of Manitoba Safe At Home program! #safeathomemb

Starting January 4th, we will release a 20-30 minute practice video everyday for the rest of the month on my YouTube channel. This course is designed to introduce the beginner-meditator to simple and sustainable mindfulness practices, while also offering support to those with previous experience. All the course material is taught by me, Adrienne, with technical support from David Quiring.

Practising mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental health, and strengthen resilience. In what is usually considered the most depressing time of the year, let us focus on taking good care of ourselves so that we can better serve others with our presence.

Mindfulness is within reach of us all and will meet each of us where we are. In this spirit, the practices offered will utilize technology to be as accessible as possible – emphasizing high audio quality to serve those with vision impairment and closed captioning to serve those who are deaf or hard of hearing. You can practise with us sitting or lying down, in the morning or evening, when you are feeling good or maybe not-so-good, alone or with a roommate…whatever your situation, we invite you to practise with us.

Both David and I hope that this offering can support us all as we continue to navigate the challenges of living in the COVID-19 pandemic. Feel free to share this with your family and friends!
