Join me on January 1, 2026, at The Forks Winnipeg for some yoga!

I’ll be teaching a gentle hatha class in the Event Space on the second floor of the main building at The Forks (10-10:45 am, free to the public). This soothing session is designed for all levels, focusing on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to help you get inspired for the year ahead.

Come do yoga w/ me at The Forks Winnipeg on Wednesdays (6-7 pm) in April! We’ll be in the beautiful Event Space on the 2nd floor. It’s free to the public! In this economy!

This soothing session is designed for all levels, focusing on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to help you set a positive tone for the year ahead.

Welcome the New Year with yoga at The Forks

Join me on New Year’s Day 2024 at The Forks Winnipeg for some yoga!

I’ll be teaching a Mobility & Mindfulness class in room 201 on the second floor of the main building at The Forks (10-10:45 am, complimentary) on January 1st, 2024. It’s the perfect class for easing into the new year! Enjoy some gentle and slow movement to release tension, mobilize the joints, and to make room for the new. We finish things off with a guided mindfulness practice to help us start 2024 feeling grounded, calm, and present.
