Join me again for some yoga this summer – outside!
As a lululemon Ambassador, I’m excited that lululemon is sponsoring me to teach complimentary yoga classes on Thursday evenings (6:30-7:30 pm) outside at Munson Park in Winnipeg, starting July 3rd until August 28th, 2024. Please register here in case we need to update you about class changes due to weather.
As well, I will be teaching complimentary classes at Assiniboine Park’s Lyric Theatre as part of their Wellness Wednesdays Summer Entertainment Series! Join me on Wed Aug 13th and 27th (6-7 pm). No registration required; just show up!
Practising yoga outside is a little different than the great indoors, so be prepared for varying weather, bring lots of water, and your favourite bug spray.
