Thank you to those that came to the first instalment of our “Putting the FULL in Mindfulness” Workshop series! I still can’t believe that we sold out; I’m so glad that everyone is excited about exploring how eating well can support living well!
If you didn’t get the chance to make it to the first one, don’t miss out on the second workshop, “DIY Kitchen Staples” on Saturday November 26th (3:30-5 pm, $35, at Yoga Public). Angie Pringle and I will continue to explore the empowerment of healthy eating and living. Taking an in-depth look at our pantry staples, we will investigate the benefits/drawbacks of store-bought food products and how easily you can make your own versions of these with simple and wholesome recipes. Attendance at a previous workshop is not necessary, though those of you that have come to the first workshop will hopefully find that the second one will deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and mindfulness through food.
