In light of the cancellation of all in-person classes due to COVID19, we are grateful to expand our livestream yoga class schedule.

This is the ONLY platform through which Adrienne will be teaching for the foreseeable future.

This schedule begins on November 17th and will run until December 23rd, 2020.

The important details, as always:

• All classes will be live on YouTube (with 24-hour replay)
• All classes are purchased individually and offered on a sliding scale basis
• One hour before the scheduled class, you will be emailed a link to access the class
• Sign up at least 75 minutes prior to the start of a class to ensure you’ll receive the link on time!
