Practise Kirtan with us on Insight Timer!

A video of Arjuna O’Neal: The Spiritual Warrior

Earlier this year, David and I were approached by a filmmaker about using the audio from one of our Youtube videos in a short film about Arjuna O’Neal, a kirtan drummer based out of Los Angeles that started the non-profit organization, Share Necessities, that works to support inner city youth in finding positive life paths.  By chance, this request came at a time when I was in LA taking yoga classes, with Arjuna there!  Check it out below, and listen for a familiar drumbeat and voice during the opening credits!  We are honoured to play a little role in telling Arjuna’s heart-wrenching, powerful, and inspiring story.
