PAYMENT POLICY
Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds.
Expiration Policy: Upon expiration of any Service, your access will end without contact or action needed from the student.
Extension / Raincheck Policy: There is no option to extend or add access time to any Services. There are no exceptions made to this policy.
Option to Freeze Policy: There is no option to pause or freeze any Service access.
Plan Transfer Policy: We do not permit the sharing of Service access with anyone not in your household.
Access Policy: It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address in the payment process in order to gain access to Services, especially livestream Events, you have purchased.
Gift Certificate Policy: There is no replacement for stolen or lost gift certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. It is your responsibility to use the issued Gift Certificate in a timely manner.
