Adrienne conducts one-on-one Ayurvedic healing sessions that are ideal for applying Ayurveda to an individual’s particular interests.
Ayurveda is often called the sister science of yoga, as the two practices reinforce and complement each other. Translated as, “the knowledge of life,” Ayurveda is a healing methodology that addresses the interrelatedness of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual. Health is found when harmony is established within one’s self, and between the self and the environment. When Ayurveda and yoga are practised in cohesion, they contribute to the complete development of an individual in all of their capacities.
Personalised sessions are the most effective way to deepen your knowledge of Ayurveda and to learn how you can apply it to your specific concerns and lifestyle. For instance, if you are interested in doing a cleanse or developing a meal plan to suit your needs, this personal approach is the ideal investment for supporting long-lasting change. An one-on-one session is a comprehensive interview that considers your dietary, lifestyle, and genetic factors. Various assessment techniques might be used to ascertain your constitutional tendencies in order to optimize wellness techniques specific to your situation.
75-minute Initial In-Depth Sessions ($108) and 45-minute Follow-Up Sessions ($72) are available. Sessions can be done in-person (see below) or through Skype.
Adrienne conducts consultations at Yoga Public; please visit Yoga Public’s scheduling page (find her under the Wellness tab) to book your appointment. Alternatively, contact her here to inquire more about incorporating more Ayurveda into your lifestyle.
To prepare for your session, come with the intention of sharing your specific needs, medical history, and daily routine. Expect to learn about the fundamentals of Ayurveda, and to gain insight on how this traditional healing modality integrates with our modern lives in order to create your unique Ayurvedic health program. According to the specific needs of an individual, follow-up reading material and homework will be given.
Please note that all clients must complete a 75-minute initial session prior to booking a 45-minute follow-up. Please visit www.yogapublic.com for the studio’s full cancellation policy.
