An Evening of Kirtan
Join David Quiring and I for a Kirtan, call-and-response chanting that uses music and songs to cultivate awareness and equanimity. No experience is required; come and enjoy this nurturing, sweet practice! Free parking is available in side streets and this location is accessible from several major bus routes.

Adrienne conducts private Ayurvedic consultations that are ideal for applying Ayurveda to a student’s particular interests. Personalised counselling is a great way to deepen your knowledge of Ayurveda and to learn how you can apply it to your specific concerns and lifestyle. If you are interested in doing a cleanse or developing a meal plan to suit your needs, a consultation is the best way to go about inspiring change! Sixty-minute Initial Consultations ($85) and 30-minute Follow-Up Consultations ($60) are available. Consultations can be done in-person (see below) or through Skype.
