Angie Pringle and I will continue to explore the empowerment of healthy eating and living. Taking an in-depth look at our pantry staples, we will investigate the benefits/drawbacks of store-bought food products and how easily you can make your own versions of these with simple and wholesome recipes. Attendance at a previous workshop is not necessary, though those of you that have come to the first workshop will hopefully find that the second one will deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and mindfulness through food.
