Spring is a season of change, and thus the perfect time to inspire change in ourselves! Join me for an Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse at Yoga Public on Sunday, April 2nd (3-5 pm, $55+GST). Learn traditional diet and self-care techniques that help support lasting changes for your unique body-mind composition. As always, I will host a private blog for cleansers to access daily recipes, philosophy and support. Join me for this transformative practice and invest in your health!
Please join Angie Pringle and I for the final MindFULLness workshop on Saturday, January 23rd, 2017 (3:30-5 pm, $35, Yoga Public). We will discuss how plant proteins are a great way to nourish yourself and take care of our planet. We deserve to eat well, but the way our food is grown can have a taxing effect on the environment. We will explore sustainable ways to affect positive change in the health of not only us, but the place we call home.
We are very excited to invite Ryan Pengelly of Tamarack Farms to join us and to share his personal stories of being a quinoa farmer in Manitoba! There will be an opportunity to buy his quinoa (cash only), and sample tasty treats made with his delicious crop.
Hope you can join us! Please register at www.yogapublic.com.

– cultivate deeper self-awareness and harmony, and
– detoxify the body, refresh the mind and reawaken the spirit!
During the cleanse, Adrienne will host a blog for practitioners to receive daily updates of recipes, philosophy and encouragement. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is required to participate. Register at Yoga Public (280 Fort St, 204 947 9642, www.yogapublic.com).
Join us for an evening of chanting and music! Our friend Bahram is hosting us in his space at 3-1200 Portage Ave (between Erin and Wall Street) on Friday, November 20th, 6-8 pm. Kirtan is the practice of call-and-response chanting rooted in Bhakti (devotional) yoga. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. If you have one, bring a meditation cushion to sit on. There is no pre-registration; it is $25 at the door and free parking on the street. See you there!
